What happens if a renter damages my vehicle?
Their deposit is held by RentoPH the whole trip, not sent to you upfront and not left to trust. If there's damage, you file a claim with photos and we deduct repair costs from the held deposit before releasing the rest back to the renter.
When do I actually get paid?
Your payout is released once the trip is marked complete at return, with platform fees already itemized so the number you see is what lands in your account — no separate invoice or manual fee calculation.
How are renters verified before they can book?
Every renter passes government ID verification before their first booking is confirmed. You can see their verification status on the booking details before pickup.
What if a renter cancels last minute?
Cancellation fees are set per your listing and deducted from the renter's deposit automatically, so you're not the one chasing payment for a slot that's now sitting empty.
Do I need a separate app to manage bookings?
